Coffee makes work lighter and life brighther. I am addicted to it ! We also have different preferences and choose coffee accordingly.

There are number of options in the menu but people know half of them and finally decide to order the one that they ordered last time.No?

Coffee that is 1,3,7 – Dimethylxanthine is the most consumed drink of the world.Well! Obviously❀ Its a stimulant and has diuretic effects.Around 9,000,000 tonnes coffee is produced annuallly. 🌸

Now the most important question how much coffee should we consume in a day?

A 250ml cup of coffee contains 80-100mg of caffeine and its healthy for an adult to consume 2-3 cups a day.

  • DARK AND LIGHT

Well! Alot of people think dark roast has more caffeine content but thats not true.

Just because its dark does not mean it has more caffeine.πŸ’

Light roast has more caffeine content.πŸ˜€

  • DECAF = No caffeine?

Blah! Decaf means it has little amount of caffeine that is 15mg and does not mean no caffeine.

  • Coffee and your brain

Coffee makes you more energetic and further helps you to function. Basically for all the people from medical backgrounds coffee is said to boost the performamce because when caffeine gets into our cerebral cortex the receptors bind with caffeine and not with adenosine.

I’ve been to New york thrice . Their pace is tremendous ! New yorkers drink 7 times more coffee than rest of the the cities in US .Also, I LOVE NY.😁❀

It took me like 3 months to know about it and try it and i was waiting if 1 out of 100 people have any side effects or stuff.

  • Face mask – I tried it and felt it was amazing 😍 I loved it and my skin was soft and clear. The only thing i want to add is please use toner or something after removing mask.πŸ’ͺπŸ™‡

  • Teeth whitening – Honestly in this case i feel you will not see the results immediately but gradually. Like in a week or so. πŸ’
  • Bloating ,Weight loss ,Detox – okay! Guys ive seen people incorporating activated charcoal in a lot of stuff like coffee , salads and detox waters. If you are taking supplements of activated charcoal . Yes they are safe but i advice you to take them on alternate days and not daily.πŸ™‹

Okay so winters are here πŸŒ‰Ummm good days no?So basically we are all really busy I feel 😢AND stressed 😢 … so coffee is essential πŸ˜‚πŸ˜— I am a coffee lover 😍 and yes I love to experiment with them adding different ingredients πŸ’

This is a simple way to make yumm😁 and satisfyingπŸ˜‚ hot coffee πŸ˜πŸ’œ

U need 

  • Coffee 
  • Milk 
  • Sugar 
  • Chocolate powder 
  • Spoon 
  • Cup 
  • Water 
  1. Add 2 to 3 drops of water in the cup
  2. Add a tbsp of coffee 
  3. Now is the most important step .now stir it till it attains yellowish color….basically it will be a thick paste of yellow colour .
  4. Add milk aaccordingly.
  5. Now stir.
  6. The will be some froth on the surface .
  7. Add chocolate powder and enjoy 😁
